Client: US Navy
Location: Newport, Rhode Island, USA

The iGNITE Convergence Program IronMan Series was delivered with a rotating international Vice Admiral’s team of 30 international commanders identified each year as candidates for Admiral. The iGNITE Convergence Program running since 2005 at corporate clients, international universities, government offices, R&D labs, and military organizations globally was combined with iGNITIATE’s Strategize, Sketch & Ship, disruptive design model and applied to specifically uncover next generation new product development products and services slated for rapid launch within the US Armed forces.

This highly intense program for the US Navy was in a 15hr/day for 3 day session format and in a rotating team environment consisting of Case Studies, scientific R&D evaluations, engineering Exercises, Design Sprints, Innovation assessment, Group Work, team based Critique sessions, Presentations, internal stakeholder approval and External Expert Feedback used to produce results at record speed.
